FOUNDERS STORY
Griff Holland and Ed Brown are seasoned hospitality founders who've spent over a decade building and scaling purpose-driven food businesses.
Together they founded Friska, a 12-site restaurant group recognised by The Guardian and Observer Food Monthly for its sustainability and ethics — including runner-up for Sustainable Business of the Year and Best Ethical Restaurant. Friska grew into one of the sector's Top 10 Employers, raising nearly £5 million in investment along the way.
From that journey came a realisation: great hospitality needs great systems. So they built RocketOS, a full-stack operations platform designed to back up brilliant service with seamless processes — giving operators visibility, control, and peace of mind.
Today, they remain active operators through Double Puc Café, a certified B Corp café and catering business, grounding their tech in real-world experience.
Out of this blend of industry insight and data obsession came Percy — an AI-powered procurement platform that helps operators see, understand, and optimise their spend. Built by people who've lived the pressures of hospitality, Percy exists to make smarter purchasing simple — helping the industry save money, cut waste, and build a more sustainable future.
